One has to travel: One has to travel along a wide path in the park until arriving at the nice buildings of the Atlantikwall Museum to see these bunkers. I dont know what theyre made of and I dont know what theyre for. They are simply part of the landscape in this city that was destroyed in the war, but was rebuilt afterwards.
